Story line

Afghanistan shares borders with six countries, but the approximate 1500-mile-long Durand Line along Pakistan remains the most dangerous. Kabul has never recognized the line as an international border, instead claiming the Pashtun territories in Pakistan that comprise the Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) and parts of North West Frontier Province along the border. Incidents of violence have increased on both sides of the Pakistan-Afghanistan border since the U.S. / Canadian -led war in Afghanistan. In the last several years, Officials and national intelligence reports have repeatedly attributed the growing strength of al-Qaeda and resurgence of the Taliban to safe havens in this border region. There was a growing consensus within NATO that to win the war in Afghanistan, it had to force the Taliban out of Afghanistan’s Borders and isolate them to Pakistan’s tribal areas for eradication.
Canada has extended its operational mandate from 2011 till 2013 to help accomplish this mission.

Situation
NATO forces have managed to push the Taliban out of Afghanistan’s Borders and isolate them to the Pakistan’s tribal areas. The Pakistan-Afghanistan border is now a war zone with both forces trying to win and overtake the border to advance their front lines and gain more ground.
During all the fighting local War Lords are growing stronger, hiring out side agencies like “Black Water” for protection and to do their dirty work. These out side agencies are causing major disturbance for both sides, NATO and the Taliban.

Mission (same for both sides)
Hold your border and keep the enemy from gaining ground.

End State- One side pushed the other to the back boundaries and held them there. (Rear boundaries will be well marked).
- On side gives up. i.e.; lack of reinforcements from respawns.
- Game call due to time limit, team with the most ground wins.

Respawns
- One main respawn which can not be taken or contested.
- One mobile respawn, only good if not contested within 100 ft radius for 60 seconds.
- Tags respawn and you’re back in.

Medics
- Can not use mobile respawn point, Main respawn only.
- Each medic will have a death coin to flip, to see if player lives or dyes.

When shot / hit
- Play must stay where he/she was killed (with red kill rag displayed) for 60 seconds.
- Hit players can not talk only call “medic”.

Walk-on fee
$10.

First off, big thanks to Arnold for letting everyone use his awesome field. Arnold, you've always surpassed my expectations since the first day I met you back when I started airsoft in 2007. I love your field too, especially with the new improvements. ;D

Thanks to everyone that showed up. Its good to see some familiar faces, especially some I haven't seen in a while. You know who you are. Congratz on going into the Forces, Scaple. I'll be seeing you at the CF Express test in Petawawa next week. Aside from the brief 5 minute down pour which rendered me completely blind with my soon to be replaced cheap paintball goggles, it was excellent weather. Some clouds, some sunshine, gentle breeze. I mean, who can ask for more?

Thanks again to Durak for lending me his awesome scope. Don't worry, I'm getting my own soon. Thanks to Piper and Tinman for the rides.

I like this sign very much. I think it is very fitting for an airsoft field.


Satellite. I was always wondering why it was beeping and how it fit into the game's scenario. I only found out at the end of the game when I surrendered the tank on the far left flank deep in the brushes, that the beeping of the satellite gave the tank invincibility. Prior to that, I thought it was a Blackwater objective of some sorts.


Swamp Bunker in need of roof repair. There's also a large wooden board beside the bunker to the right outside of the picture.


A nice airsoft range, I like it. Now people have no excuse for firing their guns in the safe zone in random directions. Go Arnold for promoting safety!


Yum! Cake! I had to jet so I couldn't get any, oh well.
