I can't even comment on it. Only Canadan Tire airsoft piece I ever bought and used was the Crossman Stinger (Shotgun), almost exsactly the same as the TM model for internals.coffecrip wrote:is the tatical r76 from canadien tire a decent gun to be playing with ?

Well I have DPMS Pather Carbine that I bought of my buddy and it has Semi/full auto with aa 7.2 volt battery. The range is ok on it, but i was just wondering if its ok to use

Any thing will be good to use, as long you are happy with it. Its the player's skills that get the kills.luc_Cartwalker wrote:Well I have DPMS Pather Carbine that I bought of my buddy and it has Semi/full auto with aa 7.2 volt battery. That is true...I played at Flag raiders and i had a crappy springer when i first started out. still got a few people, even though they we're using 1000 dollar guns

I have bought one of these guns to use as a backup gun, and to see what its performance is like.coffecrip wrote:is the tatical r76 from canadien tire a decent gun to be playing with ?
I have to say I was quite impressed with its performance, considering it was sold by crappy tire(most of their guns suck, with the exception of the new stinger shotgun).
I have owned a few guns from CA, and TM ( M4 x2, MP5, AK), and I must say. it would make a good backup weapon.
I'm not sure how it would hold up if you were to bumb it around in the field though. the contruction of the gun is kind of flimsy.
the body moves slightly, and the folding stock doesn't feel very sturdy. Plus, the mechbox is plastic. I am not sure how long it would hold out before breaking down.
I have put roughly around 5000 rounds through it thus far and haven't had any problems(maybe I got lucky?).
And the battery lasts quite awhile too.
Hope this helps. But if you can, i'd recommend getting the JG/Lycoan MP5, or the Broxa MP5 from aftermath. Not a bad starter gun if you ask me.
