This is mainly a season feild prep day with some building and cleaning up dead fall from the winter, with a small skirm after a lunch BBQ.
Well you seen the posts.
For sure EX you more then welcome to come out, your input would be appreciated.

What work I have planed or hope to get started on the 24 Apr work day.

Trail heading into the field; (I started this project aready)
- line the trail with old railway ties from the tracks and fill in the low spots with fill.
3 to 4 people needed

Finish the "In ground trench" (half completed)
- empty sand bags are in place with shovels
4 people need, 2 shovelers and 2 to hold and stack sand bags.

Build the tower in the middle of the field
- at lest get the support post dug in and squared off.
3-5 people needed.

Clean and trim trails
- dead fall on trails and brush.
I have 4 pares of clippers and one heavey duty bush master (weed wacker)

Constuct log burms
- I would like to have a maze of 4' high log walls.
Needed Chain saws (I have one and will see if I can sign some out from work)
If you have a chain saw please bring it, I will provide fuel and oil.
4 to 6 people

Put up a wire fence
- At the back of my feild along the road, my insurance company would like me to have a fence.
(I can do this project anytime) just through it up incase poeple needed work.

At 1200 hrs work stops, BBQ then scrim.
What we get done in the morning great, what we don't I will finish in the evenings druing the week.

yo i might not be able to make it because i have to go do horse stalls where my horse is being boarded and it takes a while to do sometimes and after my grandfathers brother is coming over from Germany so i will be spending the day with them but i will try to get out if i can

Good day guys,

Thank-you for helping me out you all.
- We put the fence up at the end of the field by the road.
- Finished the Battle trench.
- Cared all the lumber into the field for the tower, after I got the truck stuck. LOL
- Dutchy, Duke and Deadbeat where tosing those chain saws around like there was no tormorrow. Cleaning up the trails. (sorry I didn't see you three off, you where gone before I got out of the field).

We can set up another Build day.
- I am plaining on renting a wood chipper some weekend to clean up some of the hazards and dead fall.
- Place the chipped wood on the trail leading into the field to build up those wet spots.
- Someone mentioned About building another trench at the Ammo dump. I thought about it and yeh that could be a good idea.
- Get a dump truch load of fill on the back enterance of the feild, so that I don't get stuck again.
Next time I will have radios.

Arnold, I was wondering... Where do you buy the sand bags to build the trenches? And how much is it average?? I'm pretty sure we have to buy them in bulk of 500 or so?

I had those sand bags donated to me by my work, so I'm not sure of the cost.
